Book Express was established to service the needs of the distance-learning student. The founders of Book Express were both distance-learning or part-time students and have a deep understanding of the challenges and needs of the distance-learning student.
We thus offer you, the UNISA student, easy access to affordable textbooks whether you want to come into our store or buy books online. We have extended business hours in peak registration periods where we are even open on Sundays. For our online ordering service, we offer a personalised service, so that you are able to deal with a person on our side should you need clarity on your order or on its progress.

Second-hand Books
Book Express offers a second-hand sales service to students.
We will sell your books for you for a nominal administration fee and pay cash to you when your books are sold.
This system works best for buyers and sellers, as sellers are able to receive the best price for their books and buyers are able to choose quality second-hand books in a safe, controlled location, with the comfort of knowing that they are getting the correct prescribed book. Each book is individually priced based on its condition, demand and the cost of new books.
We only accept and sell books currently prescribed by UNISA and CIMA.

CIMA/ACCA Books

We thus offer you the CIMA and/or ACCA student easy access to affordable textbooks, whether you want to come into our store or buy books online. We have extended business hours in peak registration periods where we are even open on Sundays. For our online ordering service, we offer a personalised service so that you are able to deal with a person on our side.
Book Express has the widest range of CIMA and ACCA materials in South Africa as we supply both students as well as tuition service providers with materials. Given that we source our materials directly from the publishers in the UK, we are able to offer students these materials at highly competitive prices.
We stock the Kaplan and BPP materials. When making your enquiries please indicate which publishers books you prefer and which materials you need, i.e Study text ( i.e. the textbook), Exam Practice Kit, and or Revisions cards/passcards.

General Books and Other Institutions
Book Express also carries select titles for other institutions such as UJ, Wits, MANCOSA, Varsity College, Milpark, Monash among others. We often get calls from students from a diverse range of institutions and are always happy to provide a quote as we often are able to source and supply books at much better prices than the students get at other stores.
We also serve the professional Legal and Accounting markets and are able to source books at better prices than professionals get from the publishers.
